it was a really bad moment of my life. i was terminated 24 hours without any good reason. i have been working there more than one year an now they think i have a bad attitude. okcay,let me tell u guys! my probation is 3 months and i confim my job on October 2004. then on 15/8/05 i get a letter which tell me that i have been promoted to Network Executive. the letter dated 1/8/05. then i was terminated on 17/8/05. from my simple story, do you think i have bad work attitude?am i lazy? am i doing wrong? i have been promoted then the next two days i have been terminated. so it mean that my work performance is good even better because i have been promoted. so what is the reason they terminate my service? i dont even know whether i have make mistake while on duty because my GM never complaint about my work.so what's the problem? from my heart, i knew that my GM do not like me. why i said like that? because she agreed with so-called director to teminate my service. she not suppose to be a GM. she should be an actress and if she starring in a box-office movie..i will never watch it! and i hear that, after gimme the termination letter they(GM&Director) are very happy and having laugh together. yes,u happy and that moment but u will stress the whole of your life. i obey all her order.i never against her but she give me shit at the end. fuck off! i was the 6th person who was terminated since June 2004. so is it workers create a problem? or is it a very weak management skill? let me tell you how the GM become a GM. she actually start her career as a receptionist..then become a CEO personel assistant..then..become a GM with qualification which not enuff to be a GM. her work style is to mix emotion+feeling+work. if she do not like me, and she will the way to kick me out. this not the first time. i was the 6th person. can u imagine? i work alone to maintain 4 offices and 1 school(director school) which very far from each other. i did my best. but the real problem is Bangi office. there got two monkey who always backstabbing me even i did my best for them. and my GM (ooops..my past GM), always believe with them. i cannot be at a different place at one time. how i can be at Bangi and at the same time i must be at Shah Alam. and this also become an issue. i work at my HQ Shah Alam, my priority is Shah Alam. if got problem with Shah Alam system and at the same time Bangi also have a problem, my priority is Shah Alam. it is because Shah Alam staff is more important than others. but the main reason i have been terminated was because an email which i sent to GM. it sound:

"Dear Kak Ida,
Anything related plz go through Mr Nawal as i'm working under him. i will assist him
but not doing his job"

she read that email then crying like a hell in front of so-called director. she made the director very angry with me. why must you crying? i think maybe u have made something wrong. thats why you crying. crying for what? a GM crying because an email like that? fuck off. there must be a reason u crying. crying for sympathy to terminate me.huh! now i learn that, not all Malay can help Malay to improve. but some of them kill each other. that is the real situation.
