how's your energy level today?you feel energetic to work today?just tell yourself how you feel. ok let me tell you,i think my energy is very low today?why? because i wake up late today.haha.as always,actually.what i want to tell you is how to get more energy everyday. jsut follow this steps:

1. wake up half an hour early before your alarm start ringing. i mean earlier than everydays wake up time.
2. the moment you wake up is the moment your energy will raise. it is just like, a rechageable battery. when you wake up,u need to say positive word like "TODAY IS A GREAT DAY FOR ME", "RAISE MY STANDARD" and etc with a loud voice. when u say those word, u will feel energy will getting higher in your body..mind..yourself. give it a try.
3. plan something for today. what you want to achive today and what you want today. it is simple and it will guide you to success.
   
4. if you are driving your car, listen to energetic song like "What a wonderful world by Louis Amstrong, I believe I can Fly and etc... u will get the energy from these songs.

Hehehhe. Actually i need to speak infont of my colleages today.hehhe. i use this word, "You are your energy" and tell them what it is all about. wonderful. i feel my energy getting higher after write this things..hehhee...whatever, Liverpool beat Fulham 2-0. if you want some advise,just let me know. i have few good tips for you!
