Have you ever read or heard about Lawrence Walter Ng? Actually, i attend his seminar over the weekend. He teach us about Passion for Extra Ordinary Performance. Yeah, that was the greatest seminar ever i have attend. With lil bit of funny,not much serious but lot of input...we have to work hard to achieve our target 120 million(Lawrence Saidina Money loh)..and finally we got 130 million to break the world record. The best thing is i elected myself to be a group leader and my group is the champion with 183 million.WOW! Another great thing is i won the Lawrence Award for extraordinary performance during the 3 days seminar. The seminar really give me an energy...before this it's hard for me to speak in front of people...but..now...i am more confident to speak out....hopefully it will long lasting:)...
The best ever poster i pick is 'FOR THINGS TO CHANGE,I MUST CHANGE FIRST'.why i choose this?because i know,there is no one can help me..because there is only me can help myself...and if you want to make things change...you should change yourself first. Always think positive!



The Kum Cheng (Kamcing) game is very interesting where you interview your friends/brother/sister.For example i have interview my CEO and the CEO will tell his opinion about me and how can i improve myself. this is really great because from the interview you can know about your weakness,great things about you and you will start thinking how you can improve myself.

'The big heart' session make me cry like a hell....hehhee...feel shame also:)...i'm crying because after 26 years old being a good son...then i become the worst ever....and i feel sad because my family did not take care each other like other family...but..aftre crying i felt better:)

For me Lawrence Walter is AWESOME trainer!
